Processing Times All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
- Ireland & UK: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or courier delays outside of our control.
Important Notice for US Customers Due to changes in US customs regulations introduced in August 2025, packages shipped to the United States may now be subject to customs duties or import fees to be paid by the customer. These charges are set and collected by US Customs and are outside of our control.
