Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your Tonnta purchase. If something is not right, please get in touch and we will do our best to help.

Eligibility for a Refund To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Your refund request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
  • Tags must still be attached where applicable.

How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at wearetonnta@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Refund Amount Approved refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please submit a refund request for the original order and place a new order for the item you need.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
